This week’s BuddhiBox yoga practice playlist is based on perception. I am always surprised how every time I land on my yoga mat, my perception of each posture, each breath, each drishti gaze changes. Some days I feel strong, balanced, and flexible. Other days I convince myself that I have regressed. The reality is that like our lives off the mat, we have days that flow with ease and days we struggle. Most of the time it is really driven by our impressions; our thoughts that manifest into our present situation. I love this quote by Anais Nin because it is a good reminder on this very topic. As individuals, we have the ability to shape the world around us through elevating our awareness. This is the reason why we make it to our yoga mats. So that we are able to create a deeper understanding and connection within ourselves. So we can see things how they really are and not as we perceive them to be.

I hope you enjoy this week’s playlist and as always welcome your feedback.
