Shipping

We ship The Yoga Box monthly, two times each month:  5th and 22nd.

Our cutoff date for receiving the current month's box is the 20th, so if you order on or before that date, you will receive the current month's box.  If you order after the 20th, you will receive the next month's box.

      > New orders purchased between the 21st - 3rd will be shipped on the 5th.

      > New orders purchased between the 4th - 20th will be shipped on the 22nd.

Recurring orders or continuing subscriptions are shipped on the 5th of the month.

The Jewelry Box is shipped quarterly in these months: February, May, August, November

In a shipping month, it is shipped on the 5th and the 22nd.

The Essential Oil Box is shipped monthly, twice a month on the 5th and the 22nd.

All Limited Edition Boxes are one-time purchases and are shipped within the week of the order date. 

When you purchase a subscription, your card will be charged immediately.  Our subscriptions are prepaid, which means you pay the whole amount when you first submit your order. 

Upon renewal, your recurring payment is charged on the 1st of the month.

Absolutely! Our Yoga Boxes make the perfect gift. You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box. Get started here. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We do not accept returns for any of our boxes.

If a box or item arrives damaged, please send an email with a photo of the damage to support@buddhiboxes.com and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (26th of the month).

For multiple month subscriptions (prepaid 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions), you can cancel anytime, however you will still receive the remaining boxes from your prepaid multiple month subscription and then your subscription will end. For example, if you choose a 6 month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month- you will still receive your 6th prepaid box. After your 6th final box, you will not be billed and your subscription will end.
